Background History of Coho Estates
The Coho Estates property was developed in 1960 and has been owned and operated by the Konopaski family as an RV Park and fishing resort since its inception. These incredible 57 acres of terraced RV and camping sites boast magnificent views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Coho Estates flaunts approximately 1600 lineal feet of privately owned tidelands, a 900 foot breakwater and protected marina. A rock quarry was developed on the south side of the property which serves as a resource for maintaining the breakwater and other areas of the marina and terraced camp sites.
This property was recently developed into an LLC membership style of ownership. Membership prices start at $40,000.
